My husband & I have been shopping at NHC for years, sometimes several times a week, & are in the buyers club (A very worthy investment). We have NEVER had an unfriendly visit & have NEVER seen the shelves empty. The people who work there are prompt, courteous, attentive, & even if we are talking to one, they are watching for other customers who may need help. We are very pleased with all of them! T&T

This used to be a great store; at one point I was even part of the buyer's club, but they have declined so much over the years that I rarely go here anymore. The customer service used to be one of the highlights, but now so many of the staff are unfriendly. One girl in particular has consistently ignored me and is very unfriendly towards me. If she's at the front of the store, she NEVER greets me. On several occasions I have walked in the store behind someone and hear her greet the person in front of me but ignore me completely as though I don't exist. There are about 3-4 people working here who are nice and helpful, so the customer service varies depending on who's working. And for whatever reason, the shelves have been close to empty for whatever I come there to buy. Maybe there is a good explanation for this, but I'm also tired of coming into the store for something specific and it not being there. I used to recommend this store to be people all the time, but I won't anymore and probably won't be shopping here for much longer.
